Issue
In order to schedule Web Application reports to be sent to an email address, the SMTP server name along with a "From" Email Address will need to be entered into the Reports Configuration Subscriptions via Management Console.

SMTP server setup for report subscriptions
Resolution
To configure the SMTP server for email subscriptions in ION Enterprise, SPM or PME, open Management Console and go to Tools-> Reporting Configuration -> Reporting Configuration Manager (NOTE: In PME 8.2, open Management Console and go to Tools -> Reports Configuration). On the Subscriptions tab, you can enter your SMTP server information and "From" email address.
