Reporter: Data in Reports does not "line up" when Multiple Meters are Queried
Issue
In reporter, the rows of data do not line up when multiple meters are queried. There are known gaps in the meters data (i.e. due to servicing), but Reporter does not show it.

Resolution
Use Validation. This feature of Reporter automatically inserts user-determined values into reports when there is missing data in the database.
- In the Query Properties of a custom report, select the Validation tab
- Specify the expected time between records (15 minutes is the default recording time on the meters)
- Specify what Reporter should do if it encounters either duplicate or missing records
