Error message received when downloading sft2841 v10 - "Cannot download msvcrt.dll". How to solve this issue?

This error is caused by an incorrect uninstallation of SFTv9. If the client uninstalls the software manually (without add/remove programs), the software will not completely delete all 'dlls' and conflicts will arise whenever performing upgraded installations. In order to solve this issue, manually install the msvcrt.dll file on the cd before performing the complete SFT2841 installation.
