Resolution
The Firmware version and Serial Number of any meter (Legacy ACM or ION) can be found in ION Setup by following the steps below.
- Open ION Setup.
- Add the device to ION Setup. See the ION Setup User Guide in FA346479 for instructions.
- Click the device of interest
- Select Meter Diagnostics
in the ION Setup toolbar.
- Select the General tab to view the Firmware version and Serial Number of the meter.
