How to check the network by the PING command
On your PC, select the Window's [Start] button → [All Programs] → [Accessories] → [Command Prompt].
In the Command Prompt, enter "ping (the destination IP address)" and press ENT key.
If it shows "0％ loss", the network is normal. However, there is some problem if it shows "100% loss". In this case, check your network environment.
