WSOS V5 crashes after installation
Issue
When WSOS is double clicked, the application crashes with the error:
Environment
Windows 7 64 bit OR 32 bit
Cause
The application crashes due to missing MSXML package
Resolution
The software requires that MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 3 be installed on the system
Below is a link to download the compatible version of MSXML from Microsft's website:
