PlantStruxure PES [V3.1 + SP1]: PES V3.1 Licensing issue with VijeoCitect V7.3

Goals and Symptoms

If user installs PES v3.1 followed by installation of VijeoCitect V7.30, the PES license will be broken and the PES server will not start any more.

Causes and Fixes

PES V3.1 License will corrupt followed by installation of VijeoCitect(VJC) V3.0 because  of the following reasons:

1.PES V3.1 installs Floating License Manager V1.0.0.0.
2. VJC V7.30 installs 1.0.2.0  which overwrites  V1.0.0.0 without informing the user.

Steps to  Recover the Corrupt License of PES V3.1:

1. Manually uninstall 1.0.2.0 (which will cause VJC Soft licensing to not be usable)
2. Re-install  V1.0.0.0 from the PES installer package(PSXAS_V3.1_SP1_Official .ISO
\LicenseManagers\FloatingLicenseManagerSetup_PE.exe).
Note that this file will need to be copied on a read/write location, and not run from the iso (read only)
3. Finally, redo the license configuration described in the Process Expert Licensing Guide.
