Unity Pro Windows 64 bit: fatal error "Impossible to find common application path" or "Impossible to install HotFix “Registry Key Common AppDate not found”.

Error message:

For a fatal error, the error message is: "Impossible to find the Unity Pro common application path".

When it is not possible to install the Hotfix, the error is: "***Error: Registry key Common AppDate not found. HotFix was not applied."
