MC_touchProbe Window function is not possible when touch probe is connected in LXM32

When the probe is connected in LXM32, the windows function MC_TouchProbe is not permitted. Our work around is when axis is in window position, the MC_TouchProbe function is active. When axis is out of windows position, the MC_TouchProbe function is inactive.
