In SoMachine 4.1, 4.2 or 4.3 or Machine Expert 1.1, 1.2 or 2.0 the Device Memory Info can be found by going to the Logic Builder window and then Devices tree window. In any of these windows right-click on My Controller (your controller part number) and select Device Memory Info...
