ENM 8.2 or SER 8.0 Installer failing on: "Check .NET 4.5.1 Requirement" With .NET 4.5.2 installed

Issue:
The ENM 8.2 or SER  installer fails when checking the .NET framework version during the "Check System" phase of the installation.

Product Line:
Event Notification Module 8.2
Sequence of Events Recorder 8.0

Environment:
ENM 8.2 or SER 8.0 installer on systems with .NET 4.5.2 or later.

Cause:
The ENM 8.2  or SER 8.0 installer checks for specifically .NET 4.5.1. Since 4.5.2 comes with Windows Server 2012 R2, this issue is commonly seen on this operating system.

Resolution 1:
Uninstall .NET 4.5.2 and reinstall .NET 4.5.1

Resolution 2:

1. Copy the ENM 8.2 or SER 8.0 install files onto the hard drive and locate the Enm.Broker.XML located at \Setup\BrokerFragments.  For SER 8.0, this file is called Ser.Broker.XML
2. Rename this file to Enm.BrokerOld.XML for ENM 8.2 and Ser.BroakerOld.XML for SER 8.0.
3. Copy the attached XML file into the same directory to replace the renamed broker file ENM.Broaker.xml is for ENM 8.2 and SER.Broaker.xml is for  SER 8.0
4. Restart the installer and the check will pass.

Note: The attached broker file has the check for .NET 4.5.1 commented out. Only use this file if you have confirmed that .NET 4.5.1 or later is present.
