The ComX cannot connect to the remote platform
Resolution:
- If connected via the Ethernet port, confirm there is no proxy presently configured. If a proxy is configured, consult your network administrator.
- When connected via Ethernet, it is possible your DNS servers are incompatible with the Schneider Electric server. Temporarily try using the Google DNS server,
8.8.8.8
. Contact Schneider Electric technical support if the issue persists. - Proceed with a ComX test.
- Save your configuration if needed, then proceed with a factory reset. Load the config file again and attempt to connect to the remote platform.
- Confirm that ComX has been properly registered in Facility Insights.
