What are the conditions for closing the ATS48 R2 relay?

Resolution:
The R2 relay is an End of Starting relay. It has a dedicated function to control a shorting contactor. It is not programmable.
The relay contact is normally open and will close when the motor is up to full speed.
The conditions for R2 closure are:
- If CLP = OFF, relay closes when the thyristors are full wave (angle = 1), full voltage is being sent to the motor.
- If CLP = ON, relay closes when the thyristors are full wave (angle = 1) and the peak current estimated is less than 1.4 x In.
