What is the reason for SoMachine V3.1 installation error message: "unable to find pinapp.bat file"?
SoMachine, Unity and SoMove use partially the same DTMs.
- In this customer case, this error message appears as SoMove V2.1 was previously installed
- Uninstall all programs which use the same DTMs with SoMachine (ex. SoMove)
- Install SoMachine V3.1 (with all Patches/Add-ONs in the correct order)
- If needed, install SoMachine V4.1
- Install SoMove
- No plan to solve this incompatibility, work-around must be used.
