How to upgrade the 140ERT85420 configuration from S908 drop to EIO drop
There is a EFB error reported by 140ERT85420 when the customer upgrade the system from S908 to ERIO.
the ERT EFB STATUS is 16#5000 that means Wrong Slot. The health bit of ERT module is "1"(OK).
Check the EFB configuration in the application, Found the issue is the number of Drop configuration error. In S908 system the first Remote IO drop number is 2, but in EIO system the frist default value of drop is 1;
so customer is easy to have this error if they copied their application program from a old S908 system.
Change the number of the drop from 2 to 1, the ERT work correctly. Please refer to the attachment
