How to resolve PES cannot paste characters from host clipboard to refinement?

In PES4.0, this issue has been resolved, but we still got some customer reporting this issue on PES4.0.
Now, in the latest PES 4.0 SP1, we got a new button on the Unity refine page title "paste from host clipboard", this feature could make sure you can paste something from host clipboard.
