How to Fix "No Target Alive Found" Output with SCADAPack Workbench CAM5 (SCADAPack E)

When trying to write a SCADAPack Workbench solution to a SCADAPack E via TCP/IP, you may receive the "No Target Alive Found" message in the output window.



One possible way to fix this challenge is to ensure you have ISaGRAF/TCP enabled in the TCP properties of the SCADAPack E Configuration. Once you have enabled the ISaGRAF/TCP service and written the configuration to the SCADAPack E, restart the RTU and attempt to write the SCADAPack Workbench solution to the RTU.
