Why is ENM8.3 not filtering low priority tags from PME8 system

Cause
Alarm Configurator in PME is used to build various alarm rules by assigning priorities 100 and higher. ENM configuration of the PME alarms are working as expected; however, meter events from PME with priorities as low as 10 are being sent out to the subscriptions recipients.

Resolution
In ENM Configuration, select Subscriptions Recipients and confirm which Tag Filter is selected. ENM by defaul,t has all low priority and high priority events from PME. If the Tag Filter "All" is selected in the subscription, then all events will be sent out to the subscription's recipients.

For each subscription recipient, build the subscription by using the Add Subscription for each Tag filter in the system, except the tag filter "All"
