How to refresh the NOR with unlocated address after build change/build all of CPU application
Question:
Customer used to meet with the situation that NOR loss the link with unlocated variables after they implemented the build change/build all of the CPU application.
Answer:
it is regarded as the normal situation that due to the fact that cpu re-allocated the address of unlocated variable after compiling, the NOR could not get the refreshed new allocated address unless the NOR stack performs a restart.
So the normal operation is as following:
1. prepare the application with unlocated variable address created.
2. load the application into controller (data dictionary as well as upload information clicked)
3. config the NOR web page with the same unlocate name variable.
4. reset communication on NOR web page after the NOR setup.
After your dowloading new compile/built of the application, the NOR stack requires restart to fetch the refreshed internal dynamic address from CPU.
As long as the unlocated variable name has no change, customer could use reset communication on NOR web page or repower CPU rack to implement this.
