How to get the crash log of NOC module

We can get the crash log by web of NOE if the module crash. How can we get the NOC's crash log, which is different from NOE?
Please see steps below to retrieve NOC crash log. This would tell us if the module crashed which caused the comms/IP loss.
FTP to the device:
Use FTP username/password:  loader /fwdownload
FTP Commands:
cd /FLASH0/diag
bin
get sysLog.txt
quit
