What is the trip state at pins 15 and 16 on an SFLEX drive fault?

Altivar Machines, S-Flex
Environment:
All models and serial number
Cause:
FLC / FLB never closes when the drive is running.
Resolution:
FLC – FLB is an normally closed contact. When programmed for Trip in the ATV212 this contact opens on power-up, if no fault present and close when a fault is present or when power is removed from the drive.
