How to get the NOP module's Eth Port status

We can find the instruction in user manual to know the eth port status by MSTR EFB, but there is no detail of the link status of the Ethernet port of NOP module .
Please refer to the attachment to find a example how to read the Eth port link status by MBP_MSTR
