What causes a brand new HMIG5U to boot to the BIOS at first startup?

Issue:
Why does my brand new HMIG5U boot to the BIOS on the first power up?
Product Line:
HMIG5U/HMIG5U2

Resolution:
If the CFAST card is not properly inserted, the HMIG5U will boot to the BIOS at first startup. When this is the case, remove the System CFAST and ensure it is re-inserted properly.
