What are the individual sampling rates for ION7650 and the ION8650 Sag/swell, Transient and harmonic modules?
Issue
The ION7650 and have a high sampling rate and the user would like to know the individual sampling rate of the high speed modules such as sag/swell, Transient and Harmonic modules.

Resolution
1. The Sag/Swell module uses the 1024 samples/cycle data to calculate its outputs and it's not down-sampled.

2. The Transient module uses the 1024 samples/cycle data to calculate its outputs and it's not down-sampled.

3. The Harmonics Measurement module down samples the 1024 samples/cycle data to 4096 samples per 12 cycles by keeping every third sample. The FFT is then calculated on these 12 cycles using a rectangular weighting window. Internally, the meter is able to calculate up to the 170th harmonic but reports only to the 50th.

4. High Speed Power Meter module, are updated each half cycle but calculated using data from the previous whole cycle (1024 points). 1 cycle update every 1/2 cycle based on the IEC 61000-4-30.
