Cannot access the maintenance web page on the TM168MODW

Resolution
If you click on the 'Maintenance' button in the web page, nothing happens.
The reason why the 'Maintenance' web page on the TM168MODW cannot be accessed is because the page does not exist.
The maintenance web page is only available on the TM168BACW. The selection is greyed out because the same web pages
were used for both the TM168MODW and TM168BACW exec firmware.
