Where can I find the country and date codes for Enclosed Process Drives?

Looking for date code for manufacturing the cabinet.

Look at the nameplate on the backside of the enclosure door.
The very bottom left, below the FO#, is a 2 digit factory code, followed by a 4 digit date code (yyww) where yy=year and ww=week.
