Cause
Before the device can be properly configured in the Generator Performance Configuration Tool it must first be configured and added into PME properly.
After device data is logged into the database, you can assign device measurements using the Generator Performance Configuration Tool with EPSS Test Module.

Please refer to page 55 of the Generator Performance Configuraiton guide for instructions on configuring the SER hardware.
