Can a splitter be used to connect a keypad and another network device to the modbus RTU port on the ATV212 drive?

Attempting to connect multiple devices to the Modbus RTU Port.

No.
The Modbus RTU RJ45 port is only designed to accept one path of signal over the network.
The drive can only have one master on one port.
