The meter is factory-configured with the following default serial communications
settings:

• Protocol = Modbus RTU
• Address = 1
• Baud rate = 19200
• Parity = Even

You can use a communications converter (USB to RS-485 or RS-232 to RS-485)
device to connect to the meter.
