How to make sure if the M580 CPU is in "No Conf" State.
M580 CPU is in "NO Conf" state if the LED Err is blinking RED in Color, LED MS and NS are blinking Green in Color.
This makes a triangle formation when we look at the CPU.
State "No Conf" means that the M580 CPU has no valid configuration stored inside its non volatile memory.
