1) Call your Country Specifc Schneider Customer Care Center number.

3) Within Mypact - On the right hand side top there is a Contact button which will you give you an email address.
You can use this email to Contact Mypact Support
4) Alternatively you can contact support via the mySchneider app .The app can be downloaded from the Google Playstore or
the Apple App Store.
