Unity Pro crash after several Rebuild all

This issue can occur in standard mode and/or in simulation mode after several Rebuild all.
It occurs on application using the diagnostic "Program viewer Information".

Workaround
Uncheck the project setting "Program Viewer Information".



If the project setting is not enabled, the issue is no more present.

This problem will be corrected in Unity Pro V13.1 and upper.
