Issue
In Citect Graphics Builder, clicking on a genie gives error "This is a static symbol...To edit the symbol, open the library and edit the symbol in the library."

Cause
Genie forms have been disabled.
Resolution
To enable forms:
1. Open Citect Graphics Builder.
2. Click Tools > Options.
3. Uncheck the "Disable genie forms"
4. Click Ok.
