PlantStruxure PES[4.2 SP3] System Server cannot start

Problem: System Server cannot start with error "The program can't start because D3DCOMPILER_47.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."



Solution: This issue may occur because Windows Update was recently applied and a restart of the OS is pending. Restart the Operating System and then run System Server again. This should resolve the problem.
