My Symmetra RM is on battery even though utility power is present.

Issue:
The Symmetra RM shows On Battery even though there is good quality utility power to the UPS and no faults showing.

SYH2K6RMI, SYH4K6RMI, SYH6K6RMI

Cause:
The SYXRCC card (firmware version 403) is reporting to the Main Intelligence Module that there is an overall negative current on each of the XR frames.

Resolution:
This can temporarily be resolved by disconnecting the XR communications cable and reconnecting it. However to resolve this issue permanently, replace the SYXRCC card (Part number 885-7015B) with another SYXRCC card that has firmware version 404.
