Solution:

Step 1, download PowerChute from Se.com.
https://www.se.com/us/en/product-range/137943580-powerchute-serial-shutdown

1A. Once on the PowerChute product web pages select the Software Products

1B. Next, select See Software

1C. Next, select the version for you operating system and click the download button.

Step 2, Uncompress the installer.

On Windows: double-click on the compressed file.

On Linux run the tar command to decompress the file.

Example: tar -xzvf pcssagent-1.x.x-x01-EN.x86_64.tar.gz

Step 3, Run the installer and follow the prompts.
On Windows: double-click on Setup.exe to run the installer from the folder in which the installer has been uncompressed.

On Linux: run the commands from the directory to which the files were decompressed
