Is there possibility to assign temperature from PT100 to analog output on Altivar Process variable speed drive ATV630 or to read it by communication ?

Unfortunately this is not possible. Analog output cannot be assigned to motor temperature provided by PT100.
However TH2V value (AI2 thermal value when AI2 assigned to PT100) can be read by communication. Address 13250, range -15 .. + 200 degrees Celsius.
