Why I cannot any more write the TRUE-VALUE field for BMXSRA0405 and BMXSDO0802 modules?

In a project created with Unity Pro V13.0, the TRUE-VALUE field for BMXSRA0405 or BMXSDO0802 modules is in Read/Write. With Unity Pro V13.1, the TRUE-VALUE field is now Read Only, in compliance with documentation for BMXSRA0405 or BMXSDO0802 modules.
For a project that has been created with Unity Pro V13.0, the TRUE-VALUE field will remain Read/Write when the project is opened in STA (or STU) format. It will only be Read Only for a new Unity Pro V13.1 project, or if a project is imported from ZEF format
