Resolution
The OFS server shuts down a few seconds after it starts.
The reason why this occurs is due to OFS not being able to find the Temp folder. OFS needs to create a folder in the 'C:\Temp' folder.
If it cannot find the Temp folder, it will shut down.
To resolve the issue, create a 'Temp' folder in the 'C' drive of the PC..
