Environment
TSXCUSB485, Windows 10

Resolution
Be sure you have administrator rights. The most probable reason is that windows provides the driver from windows update site instead of using the driver from SchneiderModbusDriverSuite (part of Unity Pro/ControExpert installation).
  1. In Device manager, uninstall TSX cable driver (in Serial USB folder) when TSXCUSB485/TSXCUSB232 cable is plugged in.
  2. Open Control Panel>> System>> Advanced system settings>> Hardware>> Device installation setting and select "no" for the option "Do you want to automatically download manufacturers apps and custom icons available for your device?"
  3. Uninstall Driver Manager x64. (search DriverManager x64 in registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall, then copy the uninstall string (msexec...) and run it
  4. Unplug the TSX cable, restart PC
  5. Run "Turn windows features on or off" and check if microsoft  .NET framework is enabled including 2 sub options (Foundation HTTP activation, Framework activation)
  6. Install the driver (schneiderModbusDriverSuite 14_12 or newer) or re-install Unity Pro completely.
  7. Plug in TSX cable and check in device manager if the cable appears in com port folder. If so, problem is solved.
P.S.: You can see the drivers inside of the instalation folder:
