What can cause an InF4 or internal error 4 on the ATV630 and ATV930 Process drives?

Read fault access to Indus zone Eeprom (EEPROM APP & EEPROM MC) or EEPROM fault access.
• Factory reset (RAZI: 256 Factotry setting / 512 First power up)
• Replace the control block.
