Customer is experiencing ASF [Angle error] on an ATV340 series drive.

ATV340 series.
Environment:
Synchronous motor is being used.
Cause:
For synchronous motors, wrong setting of the speed loop when the reference goes through 0.
Resolution:

Verify the speed loop parameters.
Verify the motor phases and the maximum current allowed by the drive.
