The EX "de" motors are similar to EX "d" motors. Except terminal blocks and terminal boxes.
Our drives also comply with EX "de" motors.
The EX "de" means that motors must comply with the standards

- Standard IEC 60079-14 : Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmosphere
- Standard IEC 60079-1 : Equipment protection for EX "d" motor
- Safety devices in EX applications
