What is the difference between Global actions and Panel Actions in Vijeo Designer?

Vijeo Designer (all versions)

Resolution:
In Vijeo Designer, a Global Action always executes no matter which panel is displaying on the screen. On the other hand, Panel Actions only execute when the panel where the action has been defined is displaying on the screen.
