My 140NOE77111 will not Reboot When the MAST task is greater than 100ms

Resolution
If a 140NOE77111 is hotswapped in a system where the MAST tasks time is greater than 100ms the NOE will remain in kernel mode. This only affects the 140NOE77111 with kernel version numbers greater than 2.00 and less than 4.00.
If this problem appears the kernel should be downgraded to version 2.00. The functionality of the module will be unaffected. In order to perform the downgrade the following procedure should be followed. Note the Concept Exec loader must be used.

| 1 | Start the Concept Exec Loader. |
| 2 | Select Next. |
| 3 | Select TCP/IP Ethernet for Communication Protocol and hit Next. |
| 4 | Enter the IP Address of the NOE771 11 Select direct device |
| 5 | Using browse option select the kernel file Select Transfer EXEC to Device Select next |
| 6 | Select Next. |
| 7 | Wait for Transfer to Complete. |
| 8 | Download the correct Executive using the appropriate loader then wait 30 seconds and reboot the PLC. |
