Resolution
For serial communication between the COM1 RJ45 of a Magelis HMIGTO and Modicon M221 PLC, you will need:

For RS-232C communication:
One XBTZ9720 cable
and two adapters: XBTZG939

For RS-485 communication:
One XBTZ9980 cable

For configuration from a PC using the USB mini-B ports on either the HMIGTO5310 or M221 PLC, you will need:
BMXXCAUSBH018 (USB-A to USB-mini-B cable)
The Magelis HMIGTO series can also be configured using Ethernet.
