Resolution:
The Vijeo Designer Runtime application is stored at <drive location set for user application>:\Program Files\Schneider Electric\Vijeo-Designer 6.2\Vijeo-Runtime\Public\Projects\

This is the location where the project is loaded from when the Runtime launches.
