If you have forgotten your EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor Manager login / password, Technical Support is able to help reset your credentials if you send us the Security.db file found under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor\WSF
