To do what, is used the mechanical thermostat NSYCCOTHC with Red button?

To heat the inside of an enclosure when T° is to low by starting a heater inside the enclosure.
This mechanical thermostat has a closed contact.
When the T° inside the enclosure is below the set point T°, the contact is closed and a heater is supplied.
When the T° inside the enclosure goes over the set point T°, the contact opens and the heater is stopped.
