Issue:

Diagrams in the PME 9.0 Web Application do not scale or display correctly when accessed using the Safari browser on an iPhone.

Cause:

The PME 9.0 Web Diagrams application does not correctly scale or render when accessed through the /web path in the Safari browser on iOS devices.

Resolution:

To correctly display Diagrams in the iOS Safari browser, modify the Web Application URL by replacing /web with /ion.

Use one of the following formats:

• http://localhost/ion
• http://[ServerName]/ion
• http://[ServerIPAddress]/ion

Accessing the Diagrams application through the /ion path allows the page to scale and display correctly on iPhone Safari.

Recommendation:
